Terms of purchase and use

1. The service

ColorKid creates personal colouring books. You buy credits that are used to create books (10 credits per book) and extras. The book creator is under construction. Credits bought before the opening can be used when it opens, and their validity period only starts counting on the day the book creator opens.

2. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT in the currency shown. Payment is made through Stripe by card, Klarna or other methods shown at checkout. The receipt is sent by email.

3. Credits

• Credits from a subscription are valid for 3 months, from the yearly plan for 12 months and from a top-up for 12 months.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for money, except under the right of withdrawal or if we close the service.
• We remind you by email before credits expire.

4. Subscription

The subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time under My account, and it then remains active until the end of the period. Credits already given remain for their validity period.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase. If you change your mind, you get your money back for the credits you have not used. Email hej@colorkid.app or use the standard withdrawal form. We refund within 14 days to the same payment method. If you get money back, the corresponding credits are removed from your account. When you use credits to create a book, delivery of digital content starts and the right of withdrawal ends for those credits.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for having consent from everyone shown in the photos you upload, and from guardians for children. If you sell or share books, you are responsible for that. You may not upload inappropriate content or use copyrighted characters.

7. Personal data

See the privacy policy. Uploaded photos are deleted after 30 days and are never used to train AI models.

8. Disputes

Swedish law applies. Consumers can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU platform for online dispute resolution.
